Barry Ward is the co-founder and Managing Partner of The Not for Profit Group, providing counsel for 501 c3 Organizations. Barry's experience includes working with organizations throughout North America to improve the Donor Development process that generates sustainable results.
Before joining The Not for Profit Group, Barry was a Senior Vice President at MZ Bierly Consulting, Inc., an industry leading consultancy providing proven sales force management processes for regional and community banks. In that capacity, Barry worked with banks throughout North America to improve the sales and sales management process generating top-line growth. Barry also worked with senior leaders, business bankers, commercial lenders and branch managers in a variety of regional and community banks.
Prior to joining MZ Bierly Consulting, Inc., Barry worked with RBC Bank where he was responsible for developing opportunities within the small business market. He received numerous awards for his sales performance. Although new to Florida's West Coast Region, Barry became a top performing Business Banker by effectively utilizing a targeted approach to business development.
Before joining RBC Bank, Barry was the Vice President of Endowment Development for The Able Trust, a 501c3 Public/Private Foundation located in Tallahassee, Florida. In that capacity, Barry was responsible for the areas of campaign planning and management, major gifts, annual giving, development systems, fundraising communications and board development.
A dynamic, well-regarded consultant, Barry delivers practical "I've been there" how-to's and coaching to Executive Directors, Development Directors, Donor Developers and Board of Directors throughout North America. He is a graduate of Florida State University, where he majored in Economics and Business. |
